Zac Brown Band - From Now On Lyrics
I saw the sun begin to dim
And felt that winter wind blow cold
A man learns who is there for him
When the glitter fades and the walls won't hold
'Cause from then, rubble
It's more I've lost, the more I've gained
'Cause it led me back to you
And from now on, these eyes will not be blinded by the lights
From now on, what's waited 'til tomorrow starts tonight
Tonight, let this promise in me start like an anthem in my heart
From now on, from now on
I drank champagne with kings and queens
The politicians praised my name
The pitfalls of the man I became
For years and years, I chased their cheers
At the crazy speed of always needing more
But when I stop and see you here
I remember who all this was for
And from now on, these eyes will not be blinded by the lights
From now on, what's waited 'til tomorrow starts tonight
Tonight, let this promise in me start like an anthem in my heart
From now on, from now on, from now on
And we will come back home
And we will come back home, home again
And we will come back home
And we will come back home, home again
And we will come back home
And we will come back home, home again
From now on, these eyes will not be blinded by the lights
From now on, what's waited 'til tomorrow starts tonight
And let this promise in me start like an anthem in my heart
From now on, from now on, from now on
And we will come back home
And we will come back home, home again
And we will come back home
And we will come back home, home again
And we will come back home
From now on, from now on, home again

Zac Brown Band From Now On Comments
Tis is soooo piutiiiful😮
Do u think that this song is better than the original
My fav band with fav movie love it 😍😁😍😁😍😁😍😁😍😁😍😁😍😁😍😁
Where the hell as this been
Great song
This version should be the original😍. Love it
For all of you who haven't got it yet:
ZAC BROWN BAND IS THE ORIGINAL!
A template for another great singer named Hugh Jackman
The country idea was a great idea but taking away the backing singers to this amazing song honestly makes it feel a bit lackluster.
Having never sung in my life - I proposed singing this song :)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlKJUfR1RMU
What a brilliant song this is, for me this version has a ton of soul more than the original. One of those rare moments that a cover absolutely kills the original. Love the harmonies at the end. Fantastic.
The original song was hard to hear and took a while to get to the good part. This version is more fast-paced which is what I like
Man, he has this uncanny ability to experiment with each note as he sings. And each note just f’ing pierces the heart. Dude’s got talent.
This one's alright, but Hugh's voice is just way too good...
It's hard to believe these guys made Chicken Fried, the worst song I have ever heard
You can’t possibly make an improvement on a song from the Greatest Showman.
*zac brown cracks knuckles*
Groovy and powerful baseline
The only part of the original that I need in this song is the raw longing and desire in the “and we will come back home”s. This is the only version I’ve heard that comes close.
This might be the only Zac Brown Band song that I like from the past year
50 likes, and I'll do a cover.
Ladies and Gentlemen- The Mighty Zac Brown Band
I liked a few of the reimagined versions, but this one wasn't as great for me. Kept the liveliness, but lacked the driving rhythm I heard with all the stomping and clapping from the original. Still a nice reinterpretation of the song nonetheless.
I cannot stop listening to this version....
Это отличный кавер))) спасибо вам за это)))
Man, this is a really good country song. I really like it
2:47-3:11 amazing, especially 3:05 til 3:11
4:20 xD

A Great song can be sung by anyone. Zac Brown Band nailed it . A great song and an excellent movie.
omg such a beautiful song and lyrices i dont remeber this and i seen this show in theaer
Zac Brown aced this song!!! Love it!!!
It sounds like a different song... I love it! The original was amazing and this one's too!
I definitely like this version, don't get me wrong. But I don't think it quite captures the energy from the original scene. I understand it's "reimagined", but in the scene Barnum is regretting his decisions, and starting to come to the realization that he can fix his life, and go back to the basics.
Regardless, the singing is wonderful!
*YEE YEE OL SON!* 🤠🤠
Zac Brown Band are a great band...
This movie is just AMAZING 2019?? 2099?
Well, this is different
OBVIOUSLY...
Class of 2019, my class graduation song!
I'm not gay but his voice could turn me
Am I the only one who likes this version better?
And that violin/fiddle...love it so much
No, i liked too.
Kimmykat6 I love this version better WAY MORE
This one is better in my opinion too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
*slowly puts hand up*🙋♀️
Emloha xoxo this version should be the original
I personally prefer this over the original one! Both of them are great though. :)
This is one of those songs that no matter the artist, time period, or genre (opera, country, heavy metal, lullaby, whatever) it's relevant, emotional, and timeless. If I wore hats I'd have to tip mine not just at the ZBB or Hugh Jackman, but also the original writers of this song.
"I Drank champagne with kings and queens, politicians praised my name, but those were someone elses dreams, the pitfalls of the man I became. For years and years I chased their cheers, at the crazy speed of always needing more, but when I stop and see you here, i remember who all this was for." I think that whole sentence, to me, defines the motivation and love from a woman(Or man or whatever you are). No matter the dreams you have, how crazy they seem, if someone loves you enough, they give you that motivation, which in turn makes you want to do it for them as well as yourself. Every time I hear this part of the song, I picture my beautiful girlfriend who's always inspired me to write. And it reminds me I'm here today, the man I am, because of her. So to whoever wrote this, good fucking job.
FROM NOW ON... FROM NOW OOOOON
all i can hear is knee deep lol. but this is really great!
Well I'm asian before listening to this song, now I'm white.
*From now on we should all take our horses to the Old Town Road then come back home, home again*
THIS SONG WORKS SO PERFECTLY WITH THEM AUASHSJAGJHSGDJHDGK(SUHKDH
hows it going im a cow, you drink milk from my tits
I don't have dairy. Jokes on you.
This was meant to be reimagined as a cou try song by ZBB. Dang.
This is my favorite song from The Greatest Showman
What a great song!
Zac Brown Band was MADE to reimagine this song
From Now On I will bring be watching the greatest showman
This is just about as good as the original. Too bad Johnny Cash isn't around to cover it, he'd nail it.
Better than the movie imo. Love both though
YEEHAW BITCHES 🤠
I hate country, but I love Zac Brown Band. I encourage all you country haters to go listen to his Heavy is the Head song featuring Chris Cornell.
Melhor trilha sonora de todos os tempos 😍😍😍😍
So good
I don't know who is singing in this version, but it's terrible...
The word "HOME" always is a perfect match for country tune.
This is fantastic! What's the story behind this? Me and the kids listen to the Greatest Showman soundtrack all the time. I had no idea ZBB covered some of those songs.
This is my favorite version
I like it! It has a lighter, more relaxed feel than the original that really works.
WOW I love it so much !!
Imagine Dragons and Mumford & Sons should have done his!
❤🤞
These guys are good think better than Hugh Jackman soz but like this version
what a vocal range.
Yes my favorite band and favorite song in greatest showman
4:15 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 best part of the whole song
Ooh.... I love this country twist... lol
The voices gives me the Imagine Dragons voices
From now on !!
Can anyone tell me the banjo roll?
The best version is not even in the movie, it's in the behind the scene edition. This one is really good, not a fan of country but it fits, but that other one had me in tears. You could feel his emotions through the screen . . .
Laura Johnson I’m not really a country fan either
This has a chill and reminiscing vibe, while Jackman's version was more of the "on the present" and emotional. I don't understand why people compare the two-- both are AMAZING AS HELL 😍
Dont get me wrong Hugh Jackman does this song great but i love the Zac Brown Band
Love Hugh Jackman, hate his voice. So happy to hear this song done by someone I can enjoy listening to.
I dont know but I like this version better I just love country more than the emotional
What i love about this cover is it legit sounds like it could be a ZBB original. They did a great job of paying respects to the source material but still putting their own stamp on it
Interesting that Zac sings different lyrics than what is in this video 😅 huh, is it his own twist?? Very interesting
I’ve always said you can’t replace the original soundtrack with the other singers, I honestly don’t like Kesha’s version of this is me or Pinks version of a million dreams, but being a country gal and a huge greatest showman fan, I say this is a wonderful version! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Taylor Da QUEEN!! I loved a million dreams by pink but that’s just me
3:56 love that violin
I LOVE THIS!!!
fucking eh man
@Mic Drop why not?
YUCK! A butcher of the original! I rarely give a dislike but this video... *shivers*
What did you expect? Not bashing, just asking.
@Mic Drop Idk, at least something half decent to the original?
Well, the whole point of a cover is for an artist to do their own unique interpretation of a song. If it's going to be the same or even similar to the original, what's the point of even doing it when you can just listen to the original?
@Mic Drop Touche
AWESOMELY TERRIFIC.
Overall, I wasn’t a huge fan of this album, but I loved this one.
Отлично
Not as good as the original but this one did remind me of sharp edges from Linkin park so good job I guess
I plan to marry Zac Brown’s voice one day
Haha if is 4:20 long
Just when I thought this song couldn't become any better... 😍
Why is views so few. The voice, lyric, music all are on point.
I want Mumford and sons to cover this tbh
