Yello - Blender Lyrics
My ladies, please come closer
My name is Random Tox
I have the great honor and pleasure
To present to you Turnex, the son of Durex
The blender for the next millennium
This is a revolution for your kitchen
Smashed potatoes, sliced tomatoes
Apple juice, blueberry, raspberry
Cherries and peaches in a fraction of a second
Turnex, the son of Durex
The only blender which can be turned
Into the most powerful vacuum cleaner
Blenders for sale and I am selling to girls
She gave me no wink, just a smile of her hips
And a sip of my glass and let's go
She looked in my eyes
No need for this ride
She's a queen
She's pristine and a slave
With a smile of her hips
She was changing my life
We are heading downtown in her car
Her ride is too smooth, no line for a stop
My blenders are flying too far
She looked in my eyes
No mate for this ride
She's Christine
She's sixteen, I'm her slave
She is calling me Jake
She keeps me awake
Oh, boy, I was ready to go

Yello Blender Comments
It´s just the best
Used to listen to this on my personal stereo headphones very loud staring out over the cityscape of Durban South Africa..it used to sound like the chopper was flying through skull...amazing and very loud..great memories.
2.8 OHHH YEAAH
its got a beat and you can animate to it:)
Do you wanna buy a blender? just follow the laughter:)
SHITTY "quality '
The song Blender 3D animation software is named after
I never knew the origins of Blender software package were this... intense. And so *groovy.* But it totally makes sense.
welcome to yello!!
Totally has the Amiga and NewTek feel to it. Makes me want to dig out my Amiga 2500 with video toaster and lightwave.
Happy blending!
Great stuff - from a Yello fanatic
I USED TO BLAST THIS OUT OF MY ALFA ROMEO SPIDER WITH THE TOP DOWN, AND A LADY IN THE PASSENGER SEAT! THOSE ARE GREAT MEMORIES THAT I STILL MISS.
Oh man so many memories.... song is pure genius... superb synth (and bass ) with absolute bonkers lyrics. Just sublime.
WOW! The Blender :)
My wife always laughs (read: mocking) and says in reverse "Durex son of Turnex bull*hit". Whatever. I wished their videos were better (mostly comical nonsense) ... this one - gosh. Done right it would have been legendary. Their music fell off my radar around Zebra. 80-85; One Second; Baby; Flag - the golden era.
After Zebra they became a bit too experimental I think... for my money, from One Second, Flat, Baby and Zebra they are at their zenith.. but also love their earlier stuff (I love you is a GREAT song) and even some of their newer stuff (Celsius and Don Turbulento). But they did have that late 80s and early 90s were in my view their best years
Ah... great memories! 1992: I am back in the barn in Ireland with my two dogs and Linden Village cider!
If I could sum up all my life experiences throughout 1991 and put them to music, the result would be this album. With the exception of "Touch Yello", nothing else comes close to the sheer brilliance of this album.
It's my favorite too... but there are parts of Flag, Zebra, and One Second that reach these heights too....
In my opinion "Zebra" was a noticeable drop in the level after four masterpieces written from 1985 to 1991.
Who is playing Guitar on this Track?
+Greutung Slash's mother.
The bass between 0:57 and 1:06 is unbelievable, it feels like I'm imploding
+Marcus Larsson 2:36 crunchy bass is awesome too.
Summer of 91 - hot night - windows open - this song blaring --- OH YEAH amazing. (And funny ... the actual OH YEAH "their one hit wonder" per the noobs - I never liked that one)
Oh yeh, timeless brilliance.
She's sixteen, she's pristine, I'm her slave.
44 years ols now great Memories from the 80's. Yello still sound amazing and upto date. always have been and always will be underrated.
80-85: The New Mix in One Go -- Baby -- Flag -- One Second - all amazing. Their 80s-90's was great.
i listen to this song in my avalanche..............sounds so great!!!
But will it blend?
listened to yellow in High school and any synth i could get my hands on..these guys were tops and still are

Yello, is a very skilled music maker. I love his songs.
This song provided the name for Blender 3D, a high quality 3D animation program... thats free!
Hey..Look at the pic! Its Mario and Luigi!
kdo to tam hraje na kytaru ????
zkus se zeptat v jazyce English
@apsert
i am young and thought i'v e heard about this guys years ago. It is because i am not ignorant as the youth's today. The real music is dying my friends
Yello are supersonic. This was one of their best and can destroy hifi systems even today. The depthwas incredible
I don't diss Kraftwerk.. They are one of the best electronic composers in the world.
But IMO Boris Blank is number one in music synthetis.
Finally they are not really comparable :)
I love Yello and Kraftwerk
Nobody died.
@MagicSkryabin are you dissing KRAFTWERK ?!?!? he is my favrite in the galxy . did he die?
@SourceZombie
was your previous page wikipedia ?mine was.
LMFAO lol yea i get ya, i dint know you youngens lol peace-
@apsert old school has paved the way not will always pave the way poppa!
Yello was great....
That base sounds in "Blender" where able to blast away most Hifi-Systems of that time.
It's cool because this song was inspiration for the name Blender for the 3D program.
This is the sickest bass of the world ..
I always said that Boris Blank is the best electronic composer (and not only electronic, he can do everything he wants ..) In my opinion, his level is superior than Kraftwerk (even if it's absolutely no the same style).
I'm an fucking fan of this group, so weird and imaginative...
But...
But this "track" seems to be "commercial" and at the same time "Yello", as they were fighting against the fatality of their need to survive...
R.I.P Yello, but I swear I HOPE I'm wrong...
That's probably more than the blender
Agreed. I recently purchased "The Eye" in a shop and the guy at the counter warned me that the album is going to sound contemporary. So, I went home and gave it a listen and realised that they've always had this sound and style. It's the electronic dance genre that is just now catching up with Yello.
this CD is $22 on Amazon now!
Well said they were years ahead of their time, yet strangley I think they will always be ahead of whatever time it is ?
36 years old now yet i remember listening to these guys back when i was 15yrs old. Yet many youth's think this is new lol. Old school always will pave the way.
Supurb sounds!
Have you anytime listend the 12" Vinyl verry loud? ... wow, i still love to feel that base.
Well said ;)
What are you trying to get?
ahahahah LOL
Perfect designed sounds...in every song of yello
What kind of project?
I wonder if Mario and Luigi was based on these two guys.
bästa låten av yello......helt klart
This is where the Blender software got its name!
I used to have a couple 15" subwoofers in my car, and this song was what I used to get people out of my car that I didn't want in it. The Bassline of the song is freaking amazing!
Will it blender?
