Wolfmother - Sundial Lyrics

In time, you will find, many things found in the ordinary
Could it be, what you see, many things are extraordinary
Every time when I look at you, well I seem to find another thing behind the story
Every time when I look at you, well I seem to find another dream behind the glory
And now it seems no time at all
The sundial wonders
How could you see nothing at all?
The sundial wonders on
Took a walk, in the park, walking all around in the after wall
Sometimes, keep it light, to take away all your love and power
Every time when I look into, well I seem to find another scene behind the story
Every time when she looks into, well I seem to find another dream behind the glory
And now it seems no time at all
The sundial wonders
How could you see nothing at all?
The sundial wonders on
And now it seems no time at all
The sundial wonders on

Only thing similar to nib is the tone at the very start...and even that's different.

  3. T.... F....

It really seems like the begining was a just a tribute or call out

  4. R.... S....

    INTRO TIPO
    N.I.B.

  5. J.... S....

    Chuck brought me here

  6. M.... T....

También se escucha la influencia de Queen

  7. S.... F....

    Cosmic fegg lol

  8. A.... P....

Intro sounds just like Blue Oyster Cult-Flaming Telepaths

  9. G.... A....

    best cosmic egg song!

  10. M.... C....

Wolfmother - Violence of the sun - Fan Made Music Video

Im here because this shit got me through high school. 🤘🤘

  12. J.... B....

the opening reminds me of Black Sabbath - N.I.B

  13. S.... H....

Wolfmother is basically put my personality in music. Love it.

  14. D.... D....

The intro sounds a lot like Blue Oyster Cult's "Flaming Telepaths."

  20. C.... B....

    very interesting song

  21. C.... W....

We can all agree that this is basically nib, but Just like Zeppelin said WE NEED MORE late 60's early 70's ROCK BACK IN THE WORLD NOW !!!!!! WHO IS WITH ME?

    C.... W....

ME. Cmon this music is INSANE!!

    C.... W....

Got to say I don't have any problem with that!

    d.... ....

    Toda la razón.

    d.... ....

  23. P.... D....

umm I see a resemblance to N.I.B and the 70's influence is definitely there but once both the songs start no way their different from one another

    P.... D....

Yeah people just love to accuse others of copying. Sweet dreams (eurythmics) and Crazy Train (Ozzy) sounds really similar until you play them side by side too.

    B.... C....

It sound like if robert plant sang N.I.B

  28. V.... C....

    needs more cowbell ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

  29. Z.... ....

That intro bass solo is practically ripped from N.I.B by Black Sabbath... It's about time modern bands start ripping stuff off from the 70s, we need *more* of that.

70s rock music is over 40 years old now, more bands need to start ripping it off already, so we can get that great rock music back into current popular circulation.

So much time has passed already that ripping off some 70s rock songs today would be just like how Led Zeppelin (and countless other bands) started ripping off/covering the old blues stuff during the 70s to make a lot of their own music great.

Hopefully that starts happening again with some new bands.

    Z.... ....

Zepplin YOU ARE SO FUCKING RIGHT OMG M8 HELL YEA YOU KEEP ROCKING ON

    Z.... ....

  75. N.... ....

@DLSully1218 Shut up you moron, I never said that May was a bad guitarist. How exactly would you measure this ass kicking? At least I've bothered to make an argument and back it up with good information. All you've done is shout out your opinion and back it up with an insult. Thats what kids do, so unless you're a kid, you're a idiot.

  76. D.... ....

@Justinapfel they are completely 70s, sabbath, zeppelin, pink floyd, theyre amazing

  77. D.... ....

@KlausBass i busted out my wah and death metal petals the other day, this sounds sick as fuck on the bass with that

  78. D.... ....

@NoHiddenNames if you are suggesting that brian may is a bad guitarist, go fuck yourself, queen was one of the most gifted bands ever, brian may could kick bellamy's ass

  79. E.... ....

@THINLIZZYFANno1 Well.. Andrew Stockdale (vocals) just did a co-production with Slash from Guns & Roses, proving that even the Legends of rock aknowledge their talent, so yeah =)

  80. R.... .....

@WolfmotherSongs thin lizzy is beast. they manged to perfectly fuse together hard rock and blues.

  81. K.... S....

    @Justinapfel

N.I.B. too much eh? It's nearly the same bass riff.

  82. t.... ....

Hell, yes! This is what I'm talking about! Rock lives!

  83. J.... m....

Right there with zeppelin, floyd, maiden, sabbath, RATM, ect. Drawing from influences but if you say ripping, your fuckin ignorant.

    @dunno0O YEAH!!!

  86. C.... C....

    CHUCK <3

  87. T.... D....

    CHUUUCCCCKKK!

  88. N.... ....

@Futil1ty They recently became a phenomenon to you because you only recently heard of them, otherwise you would know that they are not recent. Muse did it the hard way, they didnt go for big companies and sell themselves wherever possible, they built up a fanbase over years and years, largely through their live performances. Muse have been voted best live band countless times. They are where they are because of hard work and pure talent. That is why Muse are a properly good band :) undeserved?no

  89. s.... ....

    CHUCK!!!

  90. V.... X....

@iLoveChopin yea! did you see the season finale?

  91. N.... ....

@Futil1ty There is no sudden Muse "phenomenon", they have been around since 1994. I wouldnt admit to not being familiar with Brian May in a conversation about rock music :) Im not gonna argue opinions, your just as intitled to yours as I am to mine, except that you said Muse sound sameish even though you admit that they have played lots of different genres. I am however dissapointed with the last album and some of the songs sound very average. Have you heard all the albums and seen them live?

  92. i.... ....

    here cause of chuck!!
