Williams Jr., Hank - Losin' You Lyrics

Well I told you once and I told you twice and I ain't gonna tended to you no more
You don't do nothin' that I tell you anyway
And now you're tellin' me to walk out your door
Ain't no denyin' you been lyin' ain't no mistakin' my heart is breakin'
Ain't do much choosin' that I'm losin' losin' you

I finally find out the way you are and it's so hard for me to take
I can't understand your feelin's I wish I had known before it was too late
Ain't no denyin'...

Ain't no denyin'...
Ain't no denyin'...

I can't thumbs down this song because it sounds great, but I like the Marshall Tucker Band version better. MTB has a more organic sound. This version sounds like it came out of a hit factory. Well performed, great voice. Would love to hear the gritty version.

I distinctly remember seeing Mr Williams at at a dive bar in Dallas TX. I was high as a kite on liquid demoral. He was no more than 3 ft from me. God ! He was Great! Can't listen anymore...lined up with the President and his policies. Hate it Hank! Loved all your rowdy friends coming over....

    J.... B....

Sounds like you're STILL high as a kite...

    Great writers on this album.

  6. M.... B....

This was his first album, it was just a taste of what was to come. Sure as hell glad he didn't listen to Audrey and went his own way. Truly one of the alltime greatest.

Written by Toy Caldwell of Marshall Tucker Band, and I actually like this version better than the original. This album is still one of my all time favorites, Hank Jr. at his best right here.

My favorite, absolute go-to album for almost 40 years. I don't care if I'm partying or pitying, this is it. I'm so glad that I finally found a CD of it so that I don't completely wear out the vinyl.

I wish UMG would re-release all of Hank Jr's early 1970's Albums he made before his fall off Ajxax Mountains,MT in summer '75 cause those Albums are just as good
as all the Albums he made after he recovered from that fall.      Peace.

    z.... ....

Me too. This album is the only one i've seen that was put on cd.

    z.... ....

Agreed...the last album he had relieased before his fall in 75, titled "Bocephus", was also an awesome album and IMO just as good as this one.
