Donny Hathaway was my favorite male singer and Phyllis Hyman was my favorite female singer and I'm still trying to find a replacement for Donny. I listen to Rachelle Ferrell because she has a fantastic voice, with an even greater range than Phyllis had. It's so sad that both Donny and Phyllis took their own lives. Phyllis was such a troubled woman, to be so talented and so beautiful. Such terrible loss of two beautiful people.
