I played bass guitar in the 70s with AL Johnson who was the lead singer of the Unificts in Washington DC. AL also wrote songs for the whispers before we hooked up with Randolph (Guitar) young..the former guitar player for Otis Redding. AL and some other musicians have passed away and I can only say rip and I missed you. Iam planning on starting a new group to bring back the sounds of YESTERYEAR.I will keep it posted.
