I kept this song on repeat like for two whole days

I think you have a lot of potential, but I have to be honest that it doesn't seem like the same person who has made the mashup song videos. Those ones are so much more down to Earth and real. This song sounds just like all the other stuff that's been done so many times. My advice is to be yourself in your music, since this one seems a little unnatural.

@Lazuli I don't know - I see it's resemblance to all the music already out there, but it still seems pretty natural to me :) it looks like she's doing the very thing she loves to see in the pop culture, and that's why both of the former statements can be true at the same time. I think that's partially the journey of an up-and-coming artist to find the balance between what's authentic and down-to-earth and what's already popular in the world. I personally see both elements in this music video, and sure - I also see those elements synthesized more seamlessly with one another in the future, but the same can be said for every continuously successful artist, no matter how famous!

This is her style & persona that she is just comfortable & playful to enjoy. There's no fluky semblance, but the difference reflects one of her various styles as a singer, composer, song writer and model with her message in music for a social harmony & courtesy everywhere..
