I would NEVER have recognized him!! Not the Look, Voice, Singing Ability...only knew him by seeing his name on the video!! I've Never seen such a transformation in anyone!! Not being critical... but it's like the " Ugly Duckling Story"... That mans Looks, Singing, Piano, Songs, Voice Quality, Personlity Have Soured Above The Heavens With Age!! I listen to him for hours at a time...Handsome WOW.... Make a gal's heart stop lol... There's no one out there that can even come close!! I'm A HUGE FAN!!!

all's I can is: OM freakin GOD!!! that is freakin Phil Vassar?? Wow, he really went through some incarnations before hitting his stride ehhh? As a country singer/pianist he is awesome, but it's difficult to believe he struggled with his persona/identity that much, it's obvious from watching this he was all over the map, he looks here like a combination of Boy George, George Michael, Rick Astley, Daryll Hall, and Lionel Ritchie haaha I can definitely say he finally put it all together now
This proves that Phil Vassar can make a pretty great performance with a terribly bad song. I'm so thankful that Phil kept writing at the piano and found his niche in country music. After seeing this video, it's scary to think how close he came to going down the same musical dead-end road as Rick Astley.
