I think Diego is like San Diego not sure though unless theres a person named Diego Garcia but maybe Diego is the last name of another famous musician or artist like Garcia but I feel like its San Diego because hes referencing waves and the ocean. And the ocean is like a damn character on the album. I love the lyrics on this album some of them are so blunt but in the context of the song and when put together with the rest it makes the lyrics so much more dense
