Oh Goddess, I love this song. AATS was another Tori masterpiece.

I really don't know if that was shot on super 8. To tell you the truth I couldn't take my eyes off Tori to even notice the cameraman.

Just as a point of interest, at 1:33 Tori is driving my 73 Delta 88 that I inherited from my Dad. The camera man and I are in the back seat, as I'm giving directions on how to get around the French Quarter. The photo hanging from the rear view mirror is my Dad, posing with his new car in his full dress Navy uniform. Tori was very sweet and it was a very pleasant afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting her. Sorry about the burned out parking light, I didn't realize it until I saw the video.

i am fairly certain that by "plain" the meaning is "normal" or "average" refering to dull of boring life, then meaning is "she is going to drastically alter your boring life" not literally burning things in an airplane. this is such a smart song to be wasted on a such a lazy video.

setting fire to a plain like a field of grass, not an actual airplane. The video is not meant to go literal with the lyrics, she says something along the lines of "cause she's up and i am low" which I would guess the symbolism of the airplane

this is the most literally interpretation of this song ever. i love this song but this video is a waste. plain isnt even spelled the same way as plane :/

You're actually really perceptive...she is a highly intelligent, spiritual woman, but there seems to be a wall there...may just be being the public so often, it may be her persona.

NEED to get Little earthquakes - her best album (and debut), other faves include Under the Pink and To Venus and Back.... boys for pele has so many fun songs... it's hard to choose. I've been following her career for over 20 years.

Tori, you are one of bigger singers to this day. magnificent and incredible Musician, your music will remain for ever one of the best.. Thank you for all these hours crossed to listen to you.

Tash looks like a little Tori here. And watching this I feel the powerful connection of mothers to daughter everywhere, particularly for those of us who share aboriginal bloodlines through our mothers and how strong that tie is. Vive le sang!!

@Luke19Wales Tori hadn't heard of kate bush when she was younger, Tori was playing piano before Kate was famous so its not like Tori copied Kate - i love both artists
