This starts off so funky, but then it transitions to a latin-influenced song. I thought the ending was unnecessary, kills the vibe of the song. But Timbo is still the man!!!

+King Vis I think the vibe was supposed to be an extension, sorta like a "party until dawn/you get really drunk" thing, which might explain the different rhythm of the beat. Heck, you can even hear it from the "2 drinks is the minimum" quip. Why the Latin beat, though, is still beyond me up to today

each to their own. I used to skip it when the album first came out. now I feel it's the best part of the song in terms of its composition.

Don't know why y'all think it don't go. It transitions and flows so well together. I think of Tequila and a sloppy sweaty woman still tryna dance after everyone done left the club. Lol
