There were some tracks that were leaked years ago because somebody got a hold on Tank's computer files. So there were songs that were released without his consent. However many of his songs aren't available for purchase because he doesn't own the the masters and/or rights to all of his songs. A lot of his songs are owned by Background Records (hope I spelled that right lol. It sucks because, as real fans, we love what we hear; however, the industry has it's grip on the creative and distribution power of a lot of our favorites. All we can do is pray that someday they can be completely independent with 100% profit to them...
