Bob Dylan is overrated. Kristian Matsson is of a much greater level and writes/sings with much more passion.

They are both poets. Dylan is not as refined and that's okay. Kristian is a far better vocalist and guitarist but that doesn't steal any of Dylan's thunder. Dylan is an icon because of the messages he delivers in his songs.

Nobody did anything to his voice. Kristian recorded and produced most of his early stuff, he just used to sing this way. I agree that his live performances of this are amazing though.
