I remember him playing this song on Rock Werchter 2015, when the crowd started clapping about halfway through. Just casually says: "This is about a divorce, so please don't clap". I saw him play this live in Atlanta as the closer to his show. On the front row right beside me was a little girl, maybe seven or eight, who he had clearly seen. At the end of the song, he looks away from the crowd and says the "oh fuck" not into the mic I assume so as not to be too crass in front of this little girl. He plays the big instrumental finish and then hands her the pick he used instead of just tossing it into the crowd. After a night of being the troubadour, the vivid bright performer, he ended on a human and relateable impulse by taking time to be nice to a little girl.

This is the perfect conclusion to this new album - a fresh, new direction for the TTMOE. He gives us his classic raw sound of him and his guitar - then finishes off with a magnificent, larger than life instrumental - that reminds us of his new direction in life (and music). Apparently - when he says "oh fuck" - he actually broke down from emotion - "At Vernon’s studio, he broke down while trying to record his vocal."

In this time of sorrow in my personal life, I find comfort in this beauty.

This is as close as any musician can get to absolute perfection.

The chord progression in stunning. And the whole song is such a beautiful metaphor about Kristian's style change and his growth not just like an amazing songwriter, but also as a man. Luckily this is not the end, this is fine. But I should say this is awesome. Can't wait to see Tallest live!

@Andrea Bortolozzo Thats one way of interpreting it. But to me this is a break up song. I think the same with Sagres. The whole album is probably going to sound like a break up album to me.
