This is an incredibly beautiful song

The blending of alternative music with a splash of country here is just....GAH! I never thought I'd love a song this much that had a twinge of country in it.

Musically this is a seriously well written tune. Lyrically not so much. Miss Scott. He would've known what to do. He wouldnt say the same thing 14 times.

This guys voice is amazing; but he doesn't have the heart rendering, emotion tearing voice that Weiland did. It's great but where's the Plush from My Interstate Love Song? Is it being held by the Crow who is also a Creep?

Interstate Love Song brought me here again. Really like the new album. I think the bassist is sooo good ,also. I tried to buy the Purple album awhile back and they were out. Now I want to buy it and the new album. Thank you STP !Keep on keeping on !

I really don't understand why they never perform this song or make a video for it ....... easily one of the best STP songs ever ...... so melodic, catchy, mainstream, relateable...... very bizarre, and almost insulting to downplay such a great tune

As much as a Stp and Scott it's my favorite singer, Jeff it's a great singer too! I think with this changes about the old stuff because maybe it was a better time in our life we used to think that the old was better than this. I started listening to Stp since I was 8 in the year 1999, 19 years haved passed from that time and 30 from their first album. That's a lot of time people, people live and die and thing evolve. Let be nice to this guys they are still making music having to of their friends dying.. This guy's made my life happier, also Army of anyone album is fucking underrated by the way.

I so needed new STP music in my life. When this track came up on the album it totally captivated me. Incredible musical composition and amazing vocals. The world is a better place when STP is still making music.

Beyond underrated. These two guys are brilliant personified!! Their tunes are instant classics and timeless!! Their choices in tones and sonic's is second to none. Timbre of everything is so evenly matched. Jeff Gutt is so damm good its scary. I can.only hope STP sticks around for many , many , many years!!

Best song from this album.

This was initially my favorite song on the album as well. After giving it few months to grow on me I can honestly say I can't pick a favorite. It's filled with one great song after another. Bravo STP for bringing the magic yet again.

I wanted to really like this new album, especially since Jeff is a great singer, though I also would have loved to see what they could do with John Borja. However, for me the album was OK and mostly forgettable. This song though, is really great and up to par with much of their best work.

Sounds like something from a Robbie Williams solo album from the 90’s. Singing ‘Thought She’d Be Mine’ over and over again doesn’t make for a good chorus either. Jeff can’t compete with Scott when it comes to writing lyrics and melodies.
