This CD came at the end of their recording career - but I think it has great stuff on it. This song is one of the best on the album in my opinion. Along with Smokey Factory Blues.
RE: Rade Bjelobrk...You are why i stepped away from what the majority sheep personally chooses to follow which is repeated radio airplay songs. i decided years to listen to the 96 percent of stuff from the 1950's, 1960's and 1970's that is never played on any radio stations or hasn't been played for many years.

This album is why I stepped away from Steppenwolf after For Ladies Only. Only 2 good tunes.
Well, in my opinion For Ladies Only wasn't that great and this is a piece of great music. The riffs are astonishing and lyrics are just as good as all Steppenwolf lyrics. But that's my opinion, I respect yours ;)

Steppenwolf were a hell of a lot more than the hits you hear on the radio. Id say of all my Steppenwolf songs three of them were hits. For me Gang War Blues is better than the radio hits
