I watched this video for several years before I realized Gerry Rafferty isn't even in the video. It's Joe Egan lip syncing to Gerry Rafferty's vocals.

I use to be taught drums by Rod Coombes (the drummer, obviously). I asked him what he remembered from shooting the video for this and he said: “we were shoved in to a limo, took lots of drugs, the door opened to the limo and we all fell out of it. The rest is a blur”.
