Status Quo - Ring Of A Change Lyrics
I look back and I open my eyes
I hear the words like they should be heard
And it feels like a ring of a bell echoing through me
I look back and it's never the same
And that's the way that it ought to be
Move into the light
Come on into the light
Move into the light
I'll see you in the light, all right
I think on and I think of today
And what today is gonna be for us
Will we find all the peace that is there and needs to taken
I think on and think its a must
And I think there's an ounce of a change echoing through me
Move into the light
Come on into the light
Move into the light
I'll see you in the light, all right
I look back and I think of a song
I change the words round to make a rhyme
But the song is the same and the change is echoing through me
I look back and it's never the same
I leave the song like it use to be
But I know there's a ring of a change echoing through me
Move into the light
Come on into the light
Move into the light
I'll see you in the light, all right

Status Quo Ring Of A Change Comments
I am 44 yrs old my mum used to play this every morning while getting ready to take me to the nursery when I was 3 , I got to take her to the furious four reunion tour on the second year they did it , it was so good, such a great memory, I lost her to leukemia in 2016 it broke me, I'm just so glad I got to take her to see the same band that was the soundtrack to my very early childhood, it was a gift as I became a drummer at the age of 11 and still thrash out every other day ,
Thanks quo, and THANK YOU MUM !
What a song. What an album. What a band. The Frantic Four had no match. Best line up ever. You will never see or hear a better rock band than QUO in its prime with the Hello , Quo, Live, On the Level and Blue For You albums. Thanks guys
Just listen to that bass line from Nuff. Worst thing they ever did was to lose him.
Yes. Their best album..
When Quo were Quo
Before Rossi took over and turned them into a pop rock band, and shit.
forgot about how i used to love this album - when i woz 16?
Why the question mark, are you not sure of what you're actually saying?
Status Quo vor ever.
The best song arrangement ever, just keeps going.
What incredible lives these wonderful guys have had compared to most of us...... lucky bastards ! Lol
Not a truer word spoken...……………………..I need a time machine.
Not lucky at all, they've earned their lifestyles through good music, touring regularly.
Fantastic album love it 🤟🏻 even though I was 3 at the time
We Rest. We Rise. Reset.
Great song, great band!
A fabulous album from start to finish. Thanks so much for posting :)
Ring of a change, they ring in the forthcoming future nevermore like this
I prefer the early Status Quo from 1968 to 1976, in my humble Opinion the best Quo period
Michael Platter yes!
Absolutely...
From their last great album in my opinion!
sonzeraaa !!!
They don’t make music like this anymore, very sad
Excellent song!
