Greetings from the US. I love this song. As an aspiring songwriter myself, I am always looking for people that write songs well to learn from. I found Lucy about a year ago surfing YouTube. Every song I've heard has taught me something new. I put Lucy's songwriting abilities up almost on the same par as Paul Thorne, Jonny Lang, and Dolly Pardon here in the states. this song remind me of my friend. i only just found out what happened to her a week ago and the only reason she told me is because im really stupid and i said something to hurt her. i feel so guilty because she has so much going on and then she has this stupid friend, me, that just goes and makes her feel bad abouut herself. im so lucky that she has so many good friends and that they can make her feel better because i feel to guilty to even talk to her without crying because of what shes been through and what shes going through and finally because i'm so guilty that i added onto that pain which killed me because i knew of some of the things going on around her and when i met her i promised myself that i would do anything for her just to make her smile but then that went do the toilet as soon as i opened my mouth about a week ago. this is also such a great song and i love that its not just another song singing about random boring shit that songs are singing about now. well do on yet another beautiful song. and lol Im a girl and im bisexual and i have to say Lucy is one fine specimen if i say so myself.
