Soilwork - The Living Infinite II Lyrics
The shackles of a lifetime
Are bound to be broken
My fate will be sinking
To a world beneath
To the world below
It will swallow all my visions
And turn them into gold
I wanna pierce the surface of dreams
I wanna go where there is no need
To accommodate my beliefs
And preserve the disease
There will be no one to tell you why
Why we need to pursue our dreams
Without the greed
A new constitution
It will bring us apart
Then build it all up
To challenge our fearful waters
I can sense what it's like
And what if it might
Be the key to a new conclusion
Stay aware of all that you bare
Far below the sun
(I'll take you there)
It won't ever cease, it numbs the feel
So unlock the damage done
(I'll take you there)
The feelings you carry won't ever die
They're one with eternity
The tears you've shed
The words you said
Are all a part of a constant realm
Withering emotions
Turn into mindful dust
The reality you've known
Has always fed your trust
There will be on one to tell you why
Why we need to pursue our dreams
A gift of resemblance
Without the greed
A new constitution...
Believe me,
There will be something else
That drains you
From unwelcomed distress
So bring it to a whole new dimension
Captured in the deep
It will bring us apart
Then build it all up
To challenge our fearful waters
Can sense what it's like
And what if it might
Be the key to a new conclusion
Stay aware of all that you bare
Far below the sun
(I'll take you there)
It won't ever cease. It numbs the feel
So unlock the damage done
Stay aware of all that you bare
Far below the sun
(I'll take you there)
It won't ever cease, it numbs the feel
So unlock the damage done
(I'll take you there)

You deserved my upvote well, good gentlemen.

What an awesome combination!
Somehow this song makes me stay late looping it over and over

This whole album is absolutely mesmerizing!! Not 1 song do I dislike
Maybe the best band in the world...🤔
My favorite Soilwork song !
Aziz Al Sager io non c’è l’ha faccio a smettere di ascoltare ne ho 37 anni e il

SPEED RULES II
Sometimes I just want to cry how amazing Soilwork are...here I said it!
i can relate to that
Me too.
This band legitimately only gets better with time. One of the few who have evolved over so long and kept enough of their original sound to be recognizable but changed enough to keep everything fresh
Totally agree. I have listened to them since 2005 and I am still in love!
Yeah they were floundering for a while after past greatness, they're totally on top of their game since Panic Broadcast
I hate that these guys can technically be compared to Children of Bodom simply because they LOOSELY fall within the same genre... These guys are pure talent while Bodom is just all skill-less chugs and screams. Just fucking gross man.
That said... Holy fuck, Soilwork. I got into them back with Figure Number Five, and they just evolved like... Exponentially. This is one of the best albums I have come across in the last five or six years... I stopped listening to them around 2011 and just rediscovered them. God damn, what an album.
exactly dude, can ANYONE NAME A SINGLE song made recently that has AMY LYRICS that are relevent or make ANY SENSE!?!?!

My dad showed me soilwork when i was 11, two years ago, and this motherfucker told me like 3 months ago that im named after Bjorn Strid.. god damnit i love my dad.
Children of Bosom are really good, their older albums anyway...don't be silly
This song is some sort of magical spell
Always instills hope in me
Along with part 1
If you missed it in the description:
"Country: Suede"
:D
I am buying this tomorrow ! This is AWESOME !
did you buy it :D
That intro!
\m/ (⌐■_■) \m/
1 dislike?! You gotta be f***ing kidding me!
That should be a 0 you hater. Jk.
This song is amazing
awesome AWESOME
this is,like, the best intro in a decade.
I would disagree on that one, you should check out Jamies Elsewhere - Antithesis for the best intro ever, anyway its a matter of different taste , it is an awesome intro :)
Speaking of great intros, I think devildriver has some awesome ones such as "end of the line", "clouds over California" and "these fighting words".
@drewballz420
Devildriver? ......
No it's not melodic death metal nor metalcore, it is pure modern rock with a touch of metal...or just plain guitar music :D
you can say that classify this like a subgenre of metal is reductive, but you cannot compare it with rock, they are different, in structure, technique, dynamic, musicality, EVERYTHING.
It's categorized on their site as "Melodic Death Metal"
@Martin Eerma Yea Soilwork is Melodeath, but they play their own style of it, Same as Solution.45 Children of Bodom, Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, Sybreed, and Scar Symetry they all stand out in their own way.
It is like every genre, you have your bands that are generic, and then you have your bands that stand out from the rest and do their own thing.
It's their unique style. In Flames also sounds different but still Melodeath.
This band keep evolving into something more awesome.
maybe some people aren't so political about metal. ITS METAL. FUCKING ENJOY IT. \m/
Maybe but i don't care , this is metal and fucking awesome .
It's Melodic Death Metal. It's too "normal", too "weak" to be metalcore.
by too "normal" and "weak" you mean too smooth and melodic (in the best way possible) right?
Soilwork is metalcore / deathmelodic .
Probably their best song. I don't really like their other stuff though.
Ah the next best thing to technical death metal. Melodic death metal. Im a genre natzi
I am mezmerized with this track , so fucking amazing !!
Just when you think the second disc on the album loses its momentum, Strid & Co. pull this song out of their hats. When i heard Soilwork was making a double, i was surely afraid they couldnt stretch it to two different discs. Ive never been more wrong in my life.
It'd be sick if, like two or three albums from now, there was a Living Infinite III
wiskers
I don't always listen to Death Metal, but when I do I make sure its' Soilwork.
This album is magical. Who said Soilwork was dead?
FUCKING NO ONE..
well idk, i live in florida
im the only white kid for 7 miles, and the only person who likes metal for another 30
Ryanopuffs è stupenda
Nothing Wichers has ever done even comes close to what the band has achieved with this album. Wichers is past it.
wichers is overrated.
Tyestor You must be crazy Wichers released amazing albums with Soilwork, especially The Chainheart Machine, A Predator’s Portrait, and Natural Born Chaos. The Living Infinite is such an amazing album and I know it’s not Wichers but I dare you say Wichers is overrated!
Usually... first minute is INCREDIBLE!!!! F'KIN GREAT!!!
First minute is very very nice!
Good luck Soilwork!
BAD. ASS. All I can say.
