This is weird. I discovered this band way back in 2007 or 08 and I remember being fond of this song. I listened to it through some sad times. The intro still blows me away. Later I lost track of the band. Now I come accross them on YT and suddenly they are famous for some soundtracks... For me this band and this song will always have a much deeper meaning than the soundtracks which they are famous for.

This song really helped me through my depression. It was those songs that you would cry through listening.

i found sleeping at last through sytycd, and I got so happy when turning page was in twilight. I thought finally more people will hear this wonderful band

I have seen Twilight and New Moon around 2010, when I was 14 years old. I found the films pretty bad, just like the music they used. When I was a little older, around sixteen, I started to develop my music taste. I discovered Coldplay (the old songs), Muse, Radiohead, and  smaller bands like Sleeping at Last, without ever thinking about twilight.
Then, I watched Twilight again. And I listened to the "bad songs they use".  And I was flabbergasted that all those songs were now in my 'favourites' playlist.
(The moral of this story:  don't judge songs by the bad films they're wrongly used in.)

I know a lot of people don't like others who found it through twilight but they had to discover tem through some kind of media. they do songs for greys anatomy, bones and more. I wouldn't be telling the truth if I said I didn't find it through twilight but I did listen to more of their songs. the only people that bug me (in MY opinion) is the ones that ONLY like turning page and haven't listened to others.

I agree that twilight doesn't deserve to have music like this in it, but at least more people have become fans because they heard turning page in twilight, which in turn supports sleeping at last.

Its a massive shame that the majority of people found this amazing band through Twilight, people should find Twilight through this band, its fucking awesome.

see, this is the SAL that i miss. before all the members quit, before they got fame-ruined by twilight. not trying to disrespect, but their new music in my opinion is just awful. i wish it still sounded like this

There are so many peices of music out there. But while I was listening to the angel's beautiful voice and his gft of words on "Hold Still", I knew that the voice and words came directly from OUR Omnipotent Being and just happened to land within the voices of this band.
