For me this is the best version of this song.  Frank Sinatra is probably the best male Singer America has had.  His voice was both deep and manly.  Nice to hear a very well gifted man singing.  And the song is very appropriate for Central America where I happen to live as over here September is one of the rainiest months. Nice to hear whist it rains outdoors.
