I posted this a year or two ago, missing New York so I thought I would re-post

By the way look up the definition of Homicide. Because in the Fallout game there are what are known as supermutants ,who regularly engage in cannibalism and Murder. It is not homicide when your defending yourself lawfully against said supermutants from bodily harm. As someone who has played the games and scenes in question I can say that this is what transpires in the trailers for the game. There is no craven violence just for the sake of violence,unless you specifically make it that was as a individual player. And thats not on Zenimax. Thats the consumer. Despite what you or whomever wrote your lawsuit states. The WHOLE game is about nothing but a "Struggle for survival in a post apocalyptic wasteland" And to add salt to YOUR wound,its all in the name of finding and defending your son. In trying to sue Zenimax or whomever you want money from,you are in the wrong. You might not like it or what the game is about,or more accurately what you think it's about,since you have no interactions with the game firsthand but you are in the wrong. Learn what it is you are talking about and then get over yourself.
