Hi Kari dark is light is as bible says everything is open to God. Even what v hide in our hearts are still hb seven in open light to God.

Depth is hight is meant as when v were in sin v thought v r away from God's mercy and love, but even that depth is height to God its easy for Our Lord to save us from any situation. That's what it means. I believe

"Depths are height to you" Why would depths be height to our Creator? Shane & Shane are singing about our God of this world and that is not the same as our Creator.

Not sure about, "For dark is light to you"?? I don't read that God says dark is light to Him? Are they trying to say that a person not born again in darkness, that God has hope for them? I can understand that. They lyrics are strange when they say dark is light to God.
