@Debby Amos @Xaiquiri Y'all are terrible. You dont know the amount of work that goes into something like these projects. They are family men...whose main ministry is to their families per scripture. If you are not supporting their music, but instead opt out for the free music on youtube...because you call it "previews"...that is stealing. Its definitely not "a shame" debby... This is their bread and butter. "Really disappointing"??? As a fan you are disappointing xaiq. Post clips sure, post a song...maybe, but not full albums. If you know of several who joined the worship initiative because of your postings, then great...tell them to buy the albums. This is how they support their families.

@danritter96 I've purchased every album Shane & Shane have every come out with, as well as albums from each of them before they were Shane & Shane. I'll be honest, I didn't really think about the legal issues with posting things on YouTube, but I took them down as soon as they requested that I do so. You can find songs by just about anybody on YouTube, so I was just uploading them to be a blessing to others because they've been a blessing to me. I love Shane & Shane and always encourage people to buy their music. If my goal was to steal from Shane & Shane, I wouldn't have purchased their albums and a Worship Initiative membership to begin with.

@Debby Amos It's not even about Shane and Shane. They work for a label/record company, and there are copyright laws. I guarantee Shane and Shane don't surf the internet looking for their music to take down so they can "make another buck", but the record company that makes their CD's does and Youtube does. To do the worship initiative, they spent hundreds of hours getting all the legal in order, I even heard Shane B say it was one of the harder parts of WI.
