J Carl If I’m not mistaken I think Garrett Zablocki had said for certain songs require special equipments to play live that’s why this song and some other songs they never played live.

This is the only sense fail song I still listen to after all these years

why? they have so many good songs!

I do like this one a lot. Not a big Senses Fail fan anymore, but this is a great song with a lot of emotion put to it.

You know they say songs mean different things to different people, I don't know if this is actually what the meaning of the song is, but this is what it means to me. People live their lives asleep behind the wheel, not really living their life but just going through the motions. Until one day they have a 'car crash' and all of a sudden they can actually see the world, and realize what they're missing and that if they don't start living their lives now, they'll die unfulfilled and empty.

@bvans187 Glad I could help..."The Fire" is an album that surprised me with awesomeness. After Life is not a waiting room I felt that they were gonna fade away, but little did I realize that Buddy still has the licks and the talent to put others to shame.

I think this song is about a struggling crack head that wants out of his hollow, drug addicted life. I could be wrong but like, they way i see it... it really makes sense. 1st verse describes who the addict feels when he does the drug and how it lets him loose control and be free. The 2nd verse describes how he's done with the drug now but it's not done with him. Even if he doesn't want it, his body needs it now. All he wants to do is re-start. This is his "rock-bottom" point.
