When I first heard TalkTalk by A Perfect Circle I immediately thought of this song. Not because they sound anything alike but the theme is similar. This song has essentially nothing to do with religion however. He's simply saying "you're no Jesus Christ". TalkTalk goes a little bit deeper and criticizes hypocritical "Christians" who "sit and talk like Jesus" but should try "walking like Jesus".


At the end of the day both songs convey the message "you're no Jesus Christ".

As a drummer I think the song just rocks and let's not dwell to heavily on debates about God. Let's enjoy the freedom that we have and if needed put our fight toward bigger adversaries that threaten our way of life, especially in today's world. Seether is highly underrated!
