Not my fave song by a long way - not mad on AC/DC either but I LOVE Bardo (I'm a Trower fiend). Still, it's lovely to see Todd and Kasim - so close after all these years. :) :) :)

Here's a thumbs up for ya. I love Todd, but this is not my cup o' tea either. There are better songs than this on Arena, although they're almost all in this style that I don't care for. One thing you can always say about Todd: the man WILL do his thing.

Sorry, but I'll take the old Todd Rundgren any day over this. I know...thumbs down, and I suck and all that. I just never liked AC/DC either.

Yep! Saw him 3 weeks ago doing all a this record. I was mezmerized...Which Only Todd Fans understand ,his Musical genius. This entire record blew me away.

Yep. The whole album has veiled references. I haven't bought a Todd record in about 20 years.

That was until this was released.

This is his best in decades. It's called "Arena" for a reason. CAWK RAWK!

He apes quite a few bands on the album. But, there are some heartfelt "Rundgren" songs in there too. AND, he plays everything himself (again) on the record.

If you take Todd too seriously, you're going to hurt yourself. The man loves rock music and we should all be so lucky to hear him shred (on the album) in the way that made him famous to begin with.

The whole album is AMAZING!

If you have followed Todd's career at all you will know he makes a habit of confounding expectations. I have been a fan since I first bought I Saw The Light and Wizard a True Star in 73/74. I last went to see him on the Liars tour and I was so disappointed that he chose to play a Peter Gunn/Green Onions medley (for f##ks sake, with his back catalogue) it put me off ever paying to see him again. I still love him though.

WOW ! I haven't heard such great rockin' in AGES ! Why didn't we have more rocking like this on the boring Grammy's last night? Screw the 'talking' rap & the boring, introspective, mellow and politically correct crap--give me that hard rocking REAL music any day! Thanks, Todd, for showing the younger generation what rock 'n roll is all about. ROCK ON !

Hard to believe Todd's 60 .Tune kind of sounds like" Public Servant" from the Second Wind album.Got to see Todd when he comes around Boston...again.
