The song "Wish you were here" resolved after the death of Maurice Gibb a dispute between Barry and Robin. Barry did not understand that Robin changed the whole song, which was actually dedicated to Andy, for his album "Magnet".

BGs what upset Barry so much that provoked them to split it was just Robins way to let out how he felt about his wonderful twin brother

I though Robin would survive after he woke up from the coma, he fought so bravely to survive and I was optimistic following this period. But he got another time of cancer in addition to the cancer he already had. But I was crushed and in chock the day I heard he had died, because I kept the hope and he was suppose to recover, I think it was not his time yet. It was so sad. 2012 was a sad year in many ways, we also lost Whitney Houston in February that year. My greatest comfort was that my son was born that month, and I named him Barry after Barry Gibb. I'm a very big Bee Gees fan, and I feel so much compassion for Barry Gibb, the last man standing. It's overwhelming to hear Robin sing "Don't cry alone", and I imagine Robin telling him that to comfort him, because I believe in afterlife and that our beloved lost ones tries to comfort us in our sorrow.

Such a great loss when the Gibb brothers died at such young ages. Each of those three young men had many years left in which to share their music and lives. We miss the three of you. Robin, dear sweet Robin love you and miss you.

I know its killing Barry that those older and younger are all gone but him.

Barry is the oldest boy and their older sister Leslie is still alive.
