Found this as a kid in 80's...I swear I thought I WAS Secret Agent Man...

Johnny Ramastella/Rivers is a native of Baton Rouge and an Alum of Baton Rouge High School. He graduated several years ahead of me. Interestingly enough he was an athlete in high school. He ran track and was a sprinter. He was actually pretty fast in the 100 & 220 yard sprints.

Not that many years ago our am station that played it when it came out ,had a sat night call in requests live show
And this was a reg request ...I miss that show and tge 60s music , I was a kid then.

That show was made in the UK and was called "Danger Man" there and in Australia.
In some parts of the world it was called "Destination Danger" or "John Drake".
It's theme tune was "High Wire", an instrumental written by Edwin Astley and played by his orchestra.

After one series in the USA under it's original title, the show was renamed "Secret Agent" with this new theme song.

Interestingly, the ongoing cartoon "Danger Mouse" is a spin-off spoof.
