This whole album was perfect for Ringo's first post-Beatles album.

I'm going sound like an asshole but the beetles sound better split then toothier.I know I sound like an asshole when I say that.but unlike most boy bands or rock stars aside from backstreet boys and the rolling stones the beatles once they split  the nieche of music is gone for them its no longer there that one person that made a band made them sound great now makes them sound bad the beatles classic rock bands and 1 boy band  have the split there better not worse from it ive listened to all of there solo songs and we see each beattles personality like a tmnt cartoon with how there genres of music change.john lenon its about wanting peace a world where there are no preasures..Ringo its a sweet journey and cleansing from being a rock star.paul macartney its sweet  little love songs and teaming up with micheal Jackson.we see them mature and explore different aspects of life how different they all are togthere theyre abbey road album and rubber soul is like the avengers for rock music and there split is like solo films we see George harison search for relgion and faith with my sweet lord and paul macrtny bury himself in love.john sing about love and world without things and predicting his own fate,ringo star singing about love drugs and the golden days and maturing and cleaning up himself I just enjoy there songs seprate more then as a whole

Yet again, when you think of it. Beatles, solo or in the group, always had a way of doing "firsts." Ringo did "standards" album long before it was fashionable...

Anyone know the details of this video? Where, when, why, etc? The other three Beatles always tried to include a song by Ringo on their albums that was in a range he could sing. Ringo was the first to admit he wasn't as good a singer as the others. They all loved Ringo through it all.

2008 (the Liverpool Sound Concert at nearby Anfield)

2015 (one night at the ECHO Arena)

And of course Paul co-founded the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) and has visited there several times since 1995.

There are other many other visits that have received plenty of publicity.

The Beatles of course, did play LIverpool in 1964/1965 before they stopped touring in 1966.
