We played this at our wedding 15 years ago. My parents were attending and later that year my father died of cancer. My mom loved this beautiful song and the way Gentleman Jim sang it .. they danced to this and I can see them together,smiling and laughing as they danced. Now both are gone and I cry when I think about them.

You are lucky to have such parents, their memory is power . Now they are closer to God and much closer to you than you think.Be traditional like them !

My husband died on Dec. 25, 2011 and he was an ardent Jim Reeves fan. I had them play this song at his funeral - it was one of his favorites. We were fortunate enough to have 46 years, 1 month, and 4 days together. Jim Reeves was a favorite of both of us, and they don't have singers like him anymore.
