Redman just never got the respect he deserves. Hes absolutely on Ems level when it comes to the talent, style and all. Red is the man but Shady has him just because of the accolades and consistent longevity. The accolades is all that separates the two in my opinion.

I think his content is more mature now .Before 2005 ,he used to rap about killing people, raping women ,killing his wife, homophobic slurs ,stupid songs like fack, rain man, puke(all that encore shit) etc which I never understood why people actually like. Now he raps about things that really matter and also he has been making music for more than two decades, so it is obvious that there would be some kind of evolution, maturity and changes in the quality of music rather than that stupid gimmicky stuff that he had done in that time.So let him make whatever he wants to make rather than being nostalgic about his old music and hating his new music just to look cool.
