Omg!!😭😭😭😭 I raised my 2 girls without their dad. He left me 5 months pregnant with our second daughter because I refused to have an abortion. This song made me cry so hard. My 24 year old is having her first baby, and I am so happy for her. I see how much she already loves her baby. She and her sister made my life worth living back then. I had a son after that and the three of them have been the biggest blessing in my life. I love them more than my own life. This was the first song I saw...I just want to know what to say to my surrogate mother. She doesnt care about her two children she did keep, much less me. She gave me to her aunt and now I am her aunt's son. I love her, but I just want to ask the other lady why she doesnt want to talk to me. We are still close family, so why? Is it something with me? I had my first daughter at 19, my parents were in Australia and I was in another country, I was so scared just coming out of high school and my daughter was born a day before my birthday. My parents heard from a family friend who had seen me when pregnant and told my parents. My parents didn’t react, they just hop on the plane and went straight to see me at the hospital. I count believe it, I was shocked they made it there to see my daughter and me. My daughters father bailed and I raised her, 17 years later, she is graduating high school this year and i have just graduated my Nursing degree. So yeah I know how scary it can be when you have no one there for that kind of support.

I have a 5 year old son and a 3 month old daughter. My son's father wasn't apart of his life for the first 3 years And then decided it was time to start acting like a father. He stayed in his lungs Fe for about a year and a half and then decided to leave again that was about 3 months ago. My son is very upset because he had gotten attached to his father. My daughters father is my boyfriend and he works third shift and he sleeps all day. So I get no help from him with raising my baby girl. I can't say I'm not used to taking care of a baby by myself because I did it with my son. But it's so much different when you have a 5 year old running around with a 3 month old that your trying to feed and change while trying to get the five year old to listen. But I love my babies with all my heart and I wouldn't change anything at all. I am a strong woman who accidentally got pregnant at the age of 18. Wasn't even out of high school for more than 6 months. Now I'm a mom of two working a full time job at a Dunkin donuts making 10 an hour barely being able to pay the bills. It's hard and life does get hard but if you can make through the rough patches you can do anything. I've been playing this song for my kids every day so they know how much I truly love them.

I dedicated this song to my daughter when she was 6 days old. She was transported to a children's hospital when she was 3 days old for us to find out she had congenital heart disease (CHD) and a very small chance of making it at the time. I held on with everything I could to a very small piece of positivity that she would make it and be an amazing women someday. She's almost 4 now. A few heart caths and 2 open heart surgeries shes doing amazing and is a wonderful beautiful spirited little girl. Were looking at more open heart surgeries and caths for the remainder of her life. I used to sing this to her all the time when she was a baby. Here recently she started asking me to sing and this is the song she wants to hear. I love it!
