Heard the Poets had made a new song for Control, and finally found it in the acoustic studio! I love it, as I new I would, even my brother stopped what he was doing to listen. But I also have to say, and sorry if any Poet is reading this, but their original non-game songs just don't jive with me the same way, they don't have the same spark of inspiring writing, I find. I love War, Poet and the Muse, Children of the Elder God, My Dark Disquiet, but all their other songs I looked up on youtube out of curiousity just didn't click with me.

That said, I still love you guys and please come to Denmark some day :-)

I definitely stood in the audio lab in Control for the entire length of this song. Didn't experience any paranormal events or reality shifts though. Unless you count the alternate world of the video game that I was playing.

I knew Poets of the fall since 97’ When I started loving my H.I.M. Band(sadly no more😭😭). I didn’t know about this song being in the game nor do I have it(not yet anyways lol). I’m glad their music is still being used since “Alan Wake” and “Max Payne 2”(which is pretty much ALONG time ago).

An incredibly powerful song! The lines "We are momentary masters, We’re false kings and bastards" in the lyrics reminded me of Carl Sagan's "Pale Blue Dot" speech:

I found out about Poets of the Fall because of Remedy's "Alan Wake" back in 2010; it's really nice seeing people going through the same thing with their new game "Control".
This band is probably my favorite and also the only band that's ever made me go overseas on a VIP show! 100/10 recommend.

For those who played "Control".......... Your choice in games knows know bounds if you just came for the soundtrack :)

Control and Alan Wake have made me love this band since 2011.

I love how the visuals are reminiscent of stuff from Control. (I spotted Hedron, the black pyramid of the Board, and the Foundations)

Guess what, this song is canon in the game, not only as a music in a lab, but was also used as a Test for Altered Items/Objects of Power. There is even a place with the lyrics written on the whiteboard and album art of "Ultraviolet" lying on a table
