I love Pink Floyd and the great variety in their repertoire. Difficult to tell which is my favourite song, and I probably don't need to think about it and give myself a headache, but this live interpretation of "The Set" is definitely one of them. Great lyrics, great band achievement what else ? I've listened to it merely 10 times in a row which is something I rarely do in music

I love Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun. It's one of my favorite early Floyd songs. This Pompeii version is stunning, but I give the slight nod to the live Ummagumma version. Just a really great post Syd piece, lyrically great and musically strong.
