My nephew had been bullied. He explained he was about to grow muscles. I did not believe him. Right up until in just a few weeks he packed on 40 pounds of 100 % pure muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He doesn't get bullied any more. :-) I personally registered earlier this week. Plus the guys emails are fascinating!!!
