I love the Lord too. I have listened this song since 1992. I prefer "Jesus Jesus glorious on" in Spanish because I like to give the glory to Lord while I listen that song. God is a wonderfull person. He has given me great things. I met to Jesus when I was 3 years old. My grandmother taught me the word of God. She was from Canary Islands but she came to Venezuela in 1951. I want to tell to the world God is the only hope. He is a friend who never fail you. He is always with you in all moment!!!

I am also Jewish but my dads was born again and I grew up with this music. I still enjoy listening to it though and I think as long as we are parsing the lord it does not matter.

One of the best things about shul is the cantors- we have a lady lyric soprano  and man who is baritone or bass, not sure which, but both are magnificent.

This song popped into my head this morning randomly...haven't listened to this album in YEARS! I was an old-school, hardcore Petra fan for a long time, though I consider this album part of the "modern" Petra. Greg X. Volz-era Petra was the classic era, IMHO. John Schlitt was good, too. The high-point of him singing for Petra was "Beyond Belief", I think. Thanks for posting!

Someone on here said that their parents were Conservative. Yeah, I know how that is because my parents are Conservative too, not to mention Christians, and I don't think Conservatibve Republicans and Liberal Democrats are the same thing.

My first memories are well, being in church. My mother raised me inside of a church up until now, and I guess I still go to church. I'm 25 now, and yes, I have read the Holy Bible and memorized some Scripture so I'm fully aware that GOD doesn't want me to have tattooes on me, it says so in the Bible. My mother owns a Holy Bible, but its so old I think she had it before I was born, but I have asked her why it's so aged.
