Petra God Gave Rock And Roll To You (Reprise) Comments
Those were probably no kids. I listened closely and it sounds like a sped up recording of the singers. They probably recorded the chorus 2 times slower then sped it up two times and they got the voices one octave higher in correct speed. This appears most probbale since at that time they worked with reel-to-reel tape recorders. The point of making it like this is that they achieved richer harmonies. The point of starting the song like this is probably just for fun.
thats so much fun. I think I remember this!
I think the concept might have something to do with what Jesus said about the kingdom of heaven and being 'like one of these' =)
Would love to know the concept of the kids that started the singing and who the kids might have been in association with the band.
