Patsy Cline - There He Goes Lyrics
There he goes, he's walking away
Each step he takes brings heartaches my way
She won his heart, I lost him some way
There he goes, he's walking away
I'd be the one walking by his side
I love him still and I guess that it shows
He's walking away, there he goes
If I hadn't cheated and I hadn't lied
I'd be the one walking by his side
I love him still and I guess that it shows
He's walking away, there he goes

Patsy Cline There He Goes Comments
I have this original song on a 45 doesn't sound the same... its like there's an echo ?
The only only one that could do Hank Williams and get away with it!
Anything patsy does she claims, even over loretta.
Remake Of Carl Smith's There She Goes.
This my favorite singer of all time
I find this hard to swallow because he was the dirt bag not her!
NEVER HEARD THIS SONG BEFORE. LOVE IT. I'VE HEARD IT BY JERRY WALLACE, BUT NOT PATSY. DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS AN ANSWER TO THERE SHE GOES.
I love him still and I guess that it shows....😢
when did she do this? Much before anyone else?
❤🙏
Most likely Floyd Cramer part of the "A" team was at the piano for this hit!
A great song with a great woman to sing it, it is upbeat and a hit for Patsy Cline! Sissy Spacek did a great job too with this hit!
Still love this song n 2019
Great stuff! Nice clear recording. Many thanks, it's always good to tune in to Patsy.
Hard to choose, Patsy vs Brenda....how can we choose? Both are the very best EVER!!!
Patsy Cline could've been a great rock singer
6ix 9ine is better!
I think I love this version better than Sissies version❤️
This is Patsy's song
It would be interesting to know who is playing lead guitar and what his rig consisted of.
I like Patsy Cline’s version better.
Mike Wilson THEY R BOTH GOOD
Just so wonderful real music ..
Female Elvis
I can mimic and sound just like her
you want a cookie?
The greatedt singer forever and all times!!!
Wonder Witch ONE OF THE GREATEST
This is funny in the movie she was worried that the back up singers would drown her out.not that big voice.one of a kind.
Never be another patsy.she lived hard and fast.sang in a lot of bars and drank a lot of beers and raised hell.but she loved her babies.she died way too soon.she will all ways be a Virginia girl.
Goddamn I love patsy Cline I know it's been said a million times but her voice is so amazing it just flow's with that smooth .rich tone she is the GOAT
Female Elvis.
Best female vocalist ever.
And Karen Carpenter!!!!!
Timeless

For what it's worth; in my opinion the two best voices in country music; Patsy and Faron.........
OMG this is beautiful thanks Patsy for the memories.
Her voice is like dripping honey, soo good Patsy! Never forgotten...forever missed 🙏🇺🇸
Best singer I ever herd no better she is the best I always listen to her songs over an over again she is the greatest
Up
Nobody but nobody can sing like Patsy!
GREAT SOUND! Music industry take note.
Exactly. Patsy Cline will never be forgotten, no matter how hard trashville tries to cover up older country music.
Greatest woman singer ever. Has not been anyone who has ever touched her. I wish the young people were exposed to her voice.
Im 14
Discovered Patsy when I was 8 and fell in love with her beautiful voice
I honestly hate most if todays
I'd take Patsy Cline over any artist from today
@Meade Vlog channel wrong Anita...you mean Anita Carter
I been liztening to her scince I was 10. I was born in 1967. Age 52. Love her voice and music
I think some women are in her league: Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand, Aretha Franklin.
It wouldn't do them any good. She was one of a kind ......
Great singer gone too soon. Great voice very strong and unique. Female Roy Orbison.
Patrick B i wouldn't make that exact comparison
Female Elvis!
Sissy Spacek did a good version of this in the movie Coal Miner's Daughter
@Andreia Reminiec She well deserved that Best Actress Oscar. A phenomenal singer.
But Patsy Cline really owns this song. What a voice! She was so far ahead of her time, and died much much too soon.
LOL, yea but none of these others would have done as well as they did if Patsy had lived. They were good, and rode the wave.Patsy, however, was one of a kind.
She played Loretta lynn
"Coal Miner's Daughter" (OST):
Sissy Spacek doing Loretta Lynn covering Patsy Cline covering Carl Smith
My distant cousin
Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle are mine ... 5th Cousins, three times removed.
love patsy
just love her music, my favorite to sing in karoke
"There he goes, he's walkin' away.
Each step he takes brings heartaches my way.
She won his heart, I lost him some way.
There he goes, he's walkin' away."
Mary Anne Fontan
it still makes me think was i right after all these years
I LOVED PASTY CLINE AND LOVE ALL HER SONGS - JUST DID THE BEST I CAN PLAYING HER SONG-( AS I AM NOT A PROFESSIOANL ORGANIST- -JUST A HOBBY- - THERE HE GOES-- ON MY LOWTREY STERLING ORGAN- FRANK
By far this is the best version of this song ever
You said that, got her on repeat! I have the pleasure of volunteering at her historical home I Winchester Virginia!
Carl Smith had a 'hit' version of this in the 50's..
I have a question...
can a single girl sing lyrics about a married woman cheating?
+Andraste Remineic Hell yeah!
She was married.
love! <3

@Patsyclinefan1 My complete apologies! Thanks anyhow for the vid! Its well done!
@louisemusiclover Thank You.
You are right when Patsy Cline sang a song it was completely done.
@monnicamarie This is not crazy4patsy
Beautiful, still such a popular song today...nearly 50yrs on Patsy had a magic that no other artist has ever come close to.. once she recorded it, like Roy Clark said in an interview there was no way to sing it better it had been completely done and it was then known as a Patsy Cline song !
Thanks for the Vid Arnaud!
@Rachelshakey7 Thank You!!!!
Please rate and comment.
PatsyClineFan1 love this son and most old classic songs today.. This new country really sucks
+ PatsyClineFan1 I like her too and in fact I knew the man playing the guitar on these. The dear old gentleman passed in 2008.....
