I just discover him this morning in a very small bar in la croix rousse in lyon France ...i 've been capted by the violins of the musical riff of " together" a little piece of alan stivell.now i listen to him "en boucle" as french say.

This song makes me cry. The man really is a legend. He made me appreciate classical music again.

Patrick Wolf is a fantastic composer, it's ok. Do you know "The Irrepressibles"? Jamie Mcdermott, the leader, composer, song writer, singer, is a similar artist. I love too. As you say, no one I know listens to him, which is just insanity (...) . 😍

Patrick has been around long enough that I can take what I've heard from Lycanthropy, what I hear currently, and from there, predict how his voice will evolve in the next ten, twenty, thirty years. I've come to the conclusion that he's only going to get better from here, destined to rival even Scott Walker.
