Pat Benatar - Treat Me Right Lyrics
You want me to leave
You want me to stay
You ask me to come back
You turn and walk away
You wanna be lovers
I'm losing my patience
You're nearing the end
One of these days
You're gonna reach out and find
The one that you count on
Has left you behind
Don't want to be no martyr
With no one, no say
Oh my, my baby
Before it's too late
Treat me right
Treat me right
Open your eyes
Maybe you'll see the light
Do you think I'm a fool
Well you better think twice
I've had enough, baby
It's time you realized
That you can't have it both ways
It's no way to live
You've done all the takin'
It's your turn to give
One of these days
You're gonna reach out and find
The one that you count on
Has left you behind
Don't want to be no martyr
With no one, no say
Oh my, my baby
Before it's too late
Treat me right
Treat me right
Open your eye's
Maybe you'll see the light
Ooh-ooh
Treat me right
[Instrumental Interlude]
You want me to leave
You want me to stay
You ask me to come back
You're turnin' love away
You wanna be lovers
And you wanna be friends
I'm losing my patience
You're nearing the end
Treat me right
Treat me right
Open your eyes
Maybe you'll see the light
Ooh-ooh
Treat me right
Treat me right, treat me right
Treat me right, treat me right
Treat me right, treat me right
Treat me right, treat me right
Treat me right

Officer Mayonnaise
Love the music from a great era that I grew up in. The 70s and 80s rocked
The REAL world should stop giving a shit to these imbeciles who like to create small buckets called stuff like "hall of fame", etc and try to stuff the unending amount of talent over decades into it. Stop listening to that shit and keep listening to the great singers through time.
Who's listening in 2020! ❤🔥
THIS LITTLE LADY GOT HELL OF A VOICE!

"Treat Me Right"
#18, 1981.
Makes me think of life in junior high--the fights, the mean kids--detention, stoners, the day in algebra class I banged my fist on my desk and yelled "Shit!" out loud. Of course Mr. Orth yelled at me for it.
Attention grabber is what this song is .... she puts a message across singing perfectly with the tone of that guitar ! Treat your woman right dammit
Tube de ete en 1980.
Pat is a great talent, with a huge voice and big stage presence (despite her stature), but let's not forget Neil Giraldo, a hugely talented musician and song writer.
Deserves to be in Rock and Roll hall of fame! Passed due! Pat is amazing! Best female rock voice! Mind blown! Love her ❤️
How come this song isn't on Pat's "Best Shots" CD? It's my favorite and doesn't get played as often as I think it should!!!
Treat me right...
Crimes of Passion...man l reckon her best album ever. she was hotter than any female singer back then. I was in rock n roll ***dreaming back then.
She still rocks
That rhythm guitar is really good and drives this number big time!

Treat Me Right from the lp: "Crimes Of Passion."
The second time she says treat me right always gives me goosebumps.
Yeah... that flip....... right?
"CALL ME!"
No offense to Joan Jett but the what in hell is Pat Benatar not in the Rock Hall of Fame? She was among the top Pop/Rock Female Vocalist of the early 1980's. Very underrated.
Vote for Pat to be inducted in 2019, voting is open on Google right now, I just found it today! She deserves to be recognized for the pioneer she is!
She will B
To AmericanGiant100. I couldn't agree with you more she was awesome.
@rcatae Sadly she came up just short in early 2020. Maybe next time. Still a joke she is not in. 😡
⭐⭐⭐🔥🏁
With a 3 octave vocal range Pat Benatar is an awesome singer and one of my all time favorites!
Cyphrinfinity ...she studied Opera at Juilliard Before she decided to play her love of Rock and Roll. And aren't we Lucky she did. I saw her last year and she's still smokin HOT and sounds is good now as she did in the 70s and 80s
@BAD BOY I actually heard she could have easily gone to the New York Metrapolitan Opera.
Todavia conservo el cassette donde grabe por primera vez este tema ...1981
I was more in to Metal as a kid, but now being a little older ,I can appreciate this woman's talent, and she was friggin' hot..
North hawk these songs went hand in hand with metal. Men are just oblivious.
The first time I heard this song was in the movie "An Officer and a Gentleman" in 1982.
yea what they said
Me too, I was 12, they were changing clothes in the car Not sure how I remember that after 37 years lol
Same here! Haha
@vitoduval I know that movie by heart ,,,love this guy
Yep, I'm watching this movie for the first time! I knew that song sounded familiar
Great Artist/Album
One of my all time fave female rock singers!
