UPDATE: I realized that as simple as this song might seem, it ended up representing the last time that I felt truly happy with 0 obstacles in front of me. I’ve got a fresh decade to get that 2011 sense of indoor sunglass wearing fun back. As hard as things may be at the end of this year and the decade as a whole, knowing that feeling existed at all is proof that I’m capable of it. It might be lame as hell but sometimes it’s the little things that make you think.

I’ll never forget the nights of Halo split screen after school or work. I’ll never forget the election of Obama and especially Trump. I’ll never forget the years of high school.
