Osmond, Donny - Too Young Lyrics

They try to tell us we're too young
Too young to really be in love
They say that love's a word, a word we've only heard
But yet begin to know the meaning of

And yet we're not too young to know
This love will last though years may go
And then some day
They may recall
We were not too young at all

Oh, Oh

And yet we're not too young to know
Oh, This love will last though years may go
And then some day
They may recall
We were not too young at all

I love both Donny Osmond’s and Michael Jackson’s version of this song❤️

  10. R.... ....

I am ashamed to admit that I still have the 45 of this song.

    R.... ....

Haha - not shameful, just nostalgic!

    R.... ....

@sunryse111 You're right. Actually, I liked the song because of the strings intro, not Donny's voice. His voice peaked with "Go Away Little Girl," which I am ashamed I also still have....along with "Sweet and Innocent."

    R.... ....

    Rusty That’s wonderful❤️

  11. M.... Q....

Didn't like Donny until this song because his voice started changing at this
point. This is the one that made me fall in love with him. Still sends chills on me to this day. Always will be my favorite song of Donny.

  12. R.... G....

Donny Osmond is a sweet heart I will always thank Jesus for and I could play his songs every day of my life because I just love his songs

  13. C.... 2....

When the lyrics are no longer written here, Donny has one last phrase, and I imagine he is singing "Oh, the Sleestak got you" at 2:51, but I know it couldn't be that (it would be silly anyway), because Land of the Lost wasn't for another two years. Any clue what he sang there?

  14. r.... ....

Say what you will about Donny being a tiny bopper poster boy at this point in his career......he had great production values and arrangements on his songs. Great cover.

    r.... ....

Nice comment, rick - thank you.

    r.... ....

He had great record producers such as Mike Curb and not to mention the
    best record company MGM.

  15. K.... A....

Was played at my mummas funeral
    She adored Donny

  16. m.... c....

Just notice notice vasic, Basic lol.

  19. J.... M....

Another of those good songs of the early seventies I liked so much to hear. I had not heard it in a long time and it is nice to hear it again. Donny Osmond has such a nice voice before it deepened with age. I like the childish touch of innocence in his voice.

    J.... M....

Nice comment - thank you, Jorge.

    J.... M....
