Mr. Marcelli Hell yes it is! Never a bad thing to sound so similar to one of the absolute greatest bands of all time. Velvet Underground wasn't widely appreciated in their time. Maybe someday Neutral Milk Hotel will get the recognition they deserve. Then again, I think most of their fan base would shit a brick and disown them. Oh well. Great band, great song.
