Love the whole album. Kinda of strange, but the quietest song, "Bandit", is my favorite! What a genius!

I remember seeing this film in a theater.I had sworn off reefer years before,but I remember thinking 'I should be high as a kite for this thing.it really is like some dream or something. I respected Neil for even trying it .I smoke pot once again.homegrown's all right w/ me.

One of NY,s best albums in my mind .Said that about Tonights The Night when i first heard it in 73 and saw the TNTN London shows with friends and family. I thought at the time i must be a deluded  fanatic as everyone else around me said NY was out to lunch and doing stupid songs that were not what they came to see..They came as i did to hear stuff from his top selling albums After The Gold Rush and Harvest and although he played some stuff everybody wanted to hear ,the rest was a brilliant manic change in direction [in my mind].Interestingly his previous album Time Fades Away should have given the world wide audience NY now commanded a clue to the loose canon of things to come .TFA is i believe the only live album with all the songs getting their first airing after a number one selling album Harvest  that any artiste has ever attempted .Brave ,foolish,career suicide the critics said at the time .He,s still living the dream we had ..

I saw this concert and I half shit myself when 2 hours into the concert I realized that he was stuck on this most fucked up album!!! Its PURE SHIT!!! What the fuck is he even singing about??? Having a Seizure?? Cuz thats what it sounds he is having!!! I was totally embarrassed for him!!!

You are out of your mind. I saw the concert as well. It was great and when the Greendale story was over he did about an hour of classics

it's a soundtrack to a movie. it makes more sense if you see it, but it will still be puzzling.the lyrics are characters' dialogue and narration, sort of.

I don't think the film made a nickel,but I like CRAZY HORSE.
