I'm 63 and near deaf from listening to Nazareth while driving around in my 65 mustang fastback. I had a CMC underdash 8 track and a set of horns setting in the back. It was all treble. We didn't give a shit about bass back then. Glory days.

I'm only 57 (just a young pup, lol) but I hear ya on the treble. To hell with the bass...crank it up and just keep on stickin that knife in my ear :-)

Seen Nazereth the first time at Hara Areana with Climax Blues Band and the headliner Captain Beyond. Omg leveled the town!!! They started with Razmanaz and torched the place!! Dayton Rocked and you did not come to Dayton just to slide by. A carreer beginning or career breaking city and man i can tell you of the who's who on the planet at the time?!? It was fantastic!! I have been to 1000 shows at least(61yo) and they still occupy good memories. Great!!!

I love it. This song is so loud, that it could peel the paint off the walls if you have big speakers (and your neighbours will call the police). Dan McCafferty really has a unique voice.

I don't think the recording techs on the first few albums knew how to deal with his voice. They mix him down like an instrument instead of a vocal. You barely hear him in some songs. And effected to DEATH! The first true metal voice, imho.
