I'm a unabashed Paul Gilbert fanboy, and a Mr.Big fan. This album....Yeeesh. Really disappointing. The songs are really weak, and feels phoned in. It's mind boggling how dudes as talented as Paul Gilbert and Billy Sheehan could produce such lackluster material. Even the live bonus track of Addicted To That Rush was plodding and completely uninspired.  But I still love the dudes.

Nice song but I think Pauls' tone is going downhill.....Too fuzzy, less distorted, no definition and even his picking can not cope with this tone, especially in the rhythm  sections. Off course my opinion, but I think he could help this song more with a bit more 80s' metal kind of tone.

For whatever reason he has been gravitating towards a basic 70's style Marshall tone since Fuzz Universe.

Paul has lost quite a bit of hearing since then. He has difficulty hearing someone speaking and keeps more to himself after shows. He often will wear his earphones during the show. Maybe that's something that might affect what you are saying?!?

I wonder if Billy Sheehan is ever going to change his bass tone! I can recognize it in a second. Very thin, and almost sounds distorted. I love Mr. Big and Billy, but that's always been his biggest downfall. Cool song though!
