I became friends with Leslie, and he came to one of our rehearsals....he strapped on my Jr, and asked what do we want to play.....I looked at my drummer, and we started playing this riff,......Leslie joined in and we played it all the way thru.....he LOVED it !!

Leslie was THE. LOUDEST. F*CKING. Guitar player alive at the time. He was louder than Alvin Lee, fcol. And his harmonics and phrasing were second to none. Precision and loud WITH emotion, now that's a hard slog. He made it seem effortless. <3
