Gary doesn´t copy nobody...he loved Billy Gibbons style, SRV, Peter Green, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton...a lot of styles that he loved...and this song is called "Texas Strut" 'cuz it's a tribute to his favorite texas guitar players...if you know enough 'bout blues and guitar playing to say he is "copying", then you may know what's a guitar boggie or a shuffle...if you still thinkin' that he's "copying"... read the lyrics or check a live version to understand what the "Texas Strut" is all about
